Many people in post or VFX are promoted based on their technical skills - a significant majority have no training in people management or leadership skills at all. With post and VFX teams under more pressure than ever, these very highly regarded course, especially created for post and VFX professionals, aims to put that right. You’ll find relevant, practical, supportive ideas and insights totally tailored to post and VFX that busy post and VFX team leads and managers can put into practice right away.
The course includes a 5-hour highly interactive online session PLUS a follow up individual one-to-one mentor session to really support you in developing your team leadership skills.
