Angela Law


Angela’s career spans more than 25 years in media, marketing and marketing consultancy, with clients including the BBC and Open University. 

She was Managing Director of Hawkshead, a video production company which developed a strong reputation for education and training programmes on complex and sensitive subjects designed to change people’s attitudes or behaviour. Hawkshead received numerous awards for creativity and effectiveness including IVCA Grand Prix, New York Film Festival Grand Award and IVCA Effectiveness Awards and was consistently voted in the top 5 ‘most admired’ production companies in Televisual magazine’s peer poll.

Hawkshead was sold to a larger group, which was developed and eventually bought by Endemol - one of Europe’s most successful independent media groups. 

As a Board member during this process Angela experienced the full cycle of business growth, acquisition, assimilation of other business streams and value realisation.

Angela is a founding Director of Every Sense. Her particular areas of interest and expertise include value proposition, differentiation, marketing, sales development, and how creative companies can grow and improve performance through the effective recruitment, management, motivation and mentoring of their people.  

Angela attended the Strategic Management Course at Ashridge Business School. She has been an elected board member of EVCOM and has provided mentor advice and support to students at the University of Westminster and Brunel University. Angela is a regular speaker and chair at industry conferences.    

Peter Wrigglesworth

Peter’s 30 years of experience in running production companies was developed on the back of a career in photography, filmmaking and video production.

Peter's communication agency Upstream advised clients on communication strategy and delivered across live event, video and digital.   The company gained  a high profile, winning many awards for its creativity and quality including the CBI Award for Effective Communication and the Sony Award for Effective Business Communication. Peter merged Upstream with another company, developing a focus on employee communication and engagement.

Having spent over 25 years at the sharp end of business communication, Peter is now a founding director of Every Sense.  Peter’s interests include seeing and clarifying the ‘big picture’, developing business strategy and negotiating mergers and acquisitions.  

Peter is a trained Appreciative Inquiry practitioner. His skills in facilitation and enabling companies to use AI as a strengths-based organisational methodology has seen him work with clients in the UK, US and China.
