Appreciating what works

Recently I have been using Appreciative Inquiry, a strengths based Organisational Development methodology, to running workshops that get groups of people to work together to co-create vision and strategy. Last week I co-facilitated a conference for 80 international business leaders using AI.  AI is a very natural and creative process and the programme I put together used storytelling, creative workshops and collaborative working to create a new narrative for the business.  Within the 2.5 day meeting we had World Cafe and Open Space sessions.
